Then, we take a close look at what your customers want, and how you're faring against your competitors. We determine who your customers are, why they're coming (or not coming!) to you, and what they want. Once your content has been determined and your goals defined, we give you examples of your typical users (based on the research done in our Strategy stage) and help you understand how your content fits them. Next, we provide you with your sitemap, site outline, and wireframes, showing your content 'in action'. We create the back-end code, front-end templates and incorporate content management based on your requirements and specifications. These form the (leet!) 'skeleton' of your site. At this stage, you'll have access to the work-in-progress, hosted on our staging servers, so you'll always be able to see how your project's going. We flesh out this 'skeleton' by adding content and skinning individual modules where necessary. And then it's off to our internal QA team, to make sure your site's looking its best.

This is also where we conduct User Accessibility Testing to make sure your site plays well with humans. Finishing touches like fixes, tweaks and content updates are added at this stage. Then we set up the servers you need, and it's migration time, where your site ventures out into the world after a final round of QA testing.
